  7. Additional four entertainment zones: Providing everything from hair braiding, balloon artists, face painters and even a jumping castle – loads of fun to be had.

Light Disability Services at the Expo

At the Disability Connection Expo, our booth was expertly managed by a dedicated team comprising our managers, Tafara and Admire, along with Sharon, one of our Support Coordinators, and Karina, a support worker. Sharon and Karina made the special journey from Sydney and Melbourne, respectively, to join us at this important event.

The team thoroughly enjoyed the experience, forging connections that we believe will endure well beyond the expo. Engaging with various individuals with disabilities and fellow providers was not just an opportunity to share our services but also a chance to hear inspiring stories that renewed our collective hope for positive change.

Our booth was a bustling center of activity, where we proudly showcased our comprehensive range of services, including support work, support coordination, Travel Assistance, and Supported Independent Living (SIL). Our team was fully engaged, answering questions, offering valuable information, and discussing how we can customize our services to meet the specific needs of each person we serve.

We also took this opportunity to spotlight the social and community participation activities that our clients enjoy, underscoring our commitment to helping individuals live fulfilling and connected lives. Meeting so many families and participants, hearing their stories, and exploring how we can support them on their journey was an absolute pleasure.
